Rights and Responsibilities

  • A student should take the appropriate time to learn about the activities and should remain in the same activities for the program.

  • We try to give students their first choice of activity, but maintain the flexibility to choose from their 2nd or 3rd choice if necessary.

  • When you receive your confirmation informing you of the activities assigned, please notify us immediately if your child does not intend to participate. We always have students on a waiting list for all of the fun activities.

  • Students must follow the After-The-Bell Code of Conduct (attached) at all times to be able to remain in After-The-Bell.

  • Some activities are very popular. Therefore, if you sign up for a particular activity as your first choice more than once during a program, even if your application is received early, you may be scheduled for that activity only once. For example, if Arts & Crafts is your first choice on both Tuesday and Thursday, you may be scheduled for Arts & Crafts on only one of those days.

Program Guidelines

Program FAQs

Why didn’t my child get their first choice of activity?

After-The-Bell makes every effort to provide students with their first choice of activity, however many factors impact the scheduling process such as: • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis • Many activities have limited space and popular activities may fill quickly • Turning in an incomplete form may cause students to miss the opportunity to be included in their desired activity • If your child signs up for an activity they already took that year, other students who have not taken the class may be given priority

What if my child submitted a completed registration form but did not receive an assignment letter?

Contact ATB at or at (610) 268-5889. Enrollment confirmation emails will be sent before the program begins.

When is registration?

Registration for the Spring Session will open on March 25, 2021.

How do I register my child for After-The-Bell?
